Abdessalam Belkanouia, the president of the Souk Taleb municipality in the Larache province, along with several members of the municipality and representatives from the technical department, officially launched the road construction works leading to Douar Chouariyen and Douar Qarabat.
The project organizers explained that the commencement of these works is part of the initiative to advance the Souk Taleb municipality and the advocacy efforts of its president. It also aligns with the commitment to implement the municipality’s 2022/2027 action plan, particularly the section focused on improving infrastructure to break the isolation of villages that suffered from neglect and marginalization in the previous phase.
The same source added that “these projects are part of the ongoing dynamic efforts within the Souk Taleb municipality, which include launching several development initiatives aimed at ending the isolation of the local population. Recently, significant improvements have been made under the supervision of the municipality’s president, focusing on infrastructure, including both main and secondary streets within the municipality’s territory.”
